No internet 95% of the time

Always with no internet since I bought the Rain 5g, they don't wanna change it to 4G,I spent more than an hour with one on their agents Mmasentle who knew Nothing, she was so quick to say she will escalate and her team leader will call me back,still waiting for a call back,I should be in credit with them now everyday they debiting my account
