No Internet

Good Day,

I have bought the 5g unlimited router for R699 and the 4g unlimited 24/7 sim For R479. When my neighboring complex doesn’t have electricity I have no internet. I would understand if this happens when I don’t have electricity. So I’m getting connection from my neighbors. It’s such an inconvenience. Eskom and load shedding is not helping either. To make matters worse you cannot log a technical query on rain website anymore. You can’t call nor log a query so zero customer service. Rain didn’t notify their customers that they are unreachable and for how long. So now I have to live with this issue???? Today my neighboring complex and ours have electricity and I don’t have internet connection. So what do I do???
