No internet

I am very unhappy with there service and it is not because of the lockdown it is for a month and a half before lockdown my internet service is so bad I work for home so I'm on the internet all day and to say I can only get about 2hours of work done before I give up because then I don't have internet, and I can get hold of them on hold for long and try live chat then I start at 60 in line and when I get to 15 I just get kicked out and they still get there money I'm not happy with this.
