No internet

My router has not been working for 5 days, I've been calling rain and their agents just tell me the same thing "your problem has been escalated " but 5 days later still the router is not working. I work from home, I'm losing money because of rain, I've paid for their services but I'm not receiving any service. Now I have to buy data whilst I've paid for rain, this is not right...

That's what you always say, there's nothing you gonna do. There's nothing you gonna fix. Your network is always bad. I can't stream anything. Only send emails. I just don't have any alternative wifi in my area, I would have canceled long ago with u. You didn't even answer my question about the towers in dwarsloop (saselane)

Can you please notify your technical team about the wifi issues im constantly experiencing? Internet speed is slow, I can't stream anything, right now I can't even watch anything on YouTube. I've been raising this issue with you for months,please guys sort this out.

Please connect me to the other tower which i think you said is about 2 and half kms from me, this one I'm currently connected to doesn't give me any signal. The 4G light on my router is off

can you learn to listen ??? connect me to the tower that is 2 and a half km away from me or the one that is 4 and half km away from me. stop giving me solutions that don't work.
