No internet
Good morning everyone, it's been 4 days calling support regarding the same problem and rain promise to send technician to solve my problem, no internet , feeling, buffering all the time, , I am sick and tired now, if u are not going to send technician to fix it today , please cancel it

09 Jan 2025, 18:18Hi, I call twice support department and they promise to send technician to my house 48 quatar Cresent Street Cosmo ext 10 since Tuesday till now, no phone. Call or any form of assistance from rain, still experience internet connection problem for 3 days now , this is dissatisfied and poor service and not acceptable, empty promises, failing to fix my problem but able to debt my money everymonth, so if u are failing to assist me , please cancel my service and look for better offer somewhere
