NO INTERNET - 5 DAYS - 2ND TIME IN ONE MONTH

I have been sitting without WiFi since Friday 21/10/2022 and the consultants I spoke to keep saying that the tower is being repaired and it will be back online before COB. Believe it or not, this is the second time this is happening this month where I have been sitting without WiFi for almost a full week (5 days to be exact) and the same excuse of a tower being repaired. Fair enough, if it is being repaired, keep the PAYING customers notified with an ETR. But I am sure RAIN will be quick enough to deduct my monthly debit, despite the amount of days I say without WiFi.
