No internet

I'm very disappointed with Rain. Every month they deduct money but every month I have to call regarding their tower in Jabulani not having internet access like I'm flipping ****ed. From yesterday until now no internet. Logged a query half past 6 this morning nothing was done until I called with limited airtime I have. Spoke to Noxolo Ndlovu who just hunged up on me and never bothered to call back, called again spoke to Nonhlanhla who just put me on hold for 20 Min and lastly spoke to Mimi or Minnie who told me tower is up and running no problem with it but now why the hell I can't work. Rain is flop really if I had a choice God knows if I had a choice I wouldn't even think twice.

I need to work ASAP please network department at rain fix my problem now I have to beg as if I'm getting free service
