NO Internet - 2nd time AROUND !! Bankers should stick to Banking and NOT get involved with technology

Giving Rain a second chance after not internet issues November/December 2019; Numerous call centre chats/calls it was decided to give Rain a second chance in June 2020. AFTER confirming that coverage had seemingly improved - both with the consultant and on the website app. Worked relatively ok for a period, until I went to clients premises on 17 July 2020 only to lose connectivity and then intermittent with very slow line. (It is not clear how long these problems were being experience. First time on site since installation). Sent below email. NO RESPONSE to date: Hi Thumba, I trust you are well! RE: Intermittent/Slow Internet at ************xx Please can you urgently help, I am at the client, ******************; • The internet has been intermittent here at their school premises, *********xx. And also very slow. • As I am sure you would appreciate, this would not be acceptable. • As this is a school please could you also place it as a priority service with Rain. Kind Regards
