No Internet

I've been using rain for two years now but this month has by far been my worst experience with rain. For the past two weeks I haven't had Internet connection from a service I'm paying for. I'm now forced to travel to the office to work as I'm unable to work from home. I'm honestly dissapointed with rain and I'm currently looking for a service provider which will provide a service which it says it delivers and which we as customers are paying for..
