No idea what there doing

Orderd 27 feb for 27-marach 27 as top up . Didn't work had to lay a complaint at icasa . Extended and paid for another month 7march-27 april . Cancelled on 27 april . They refused to cancell and said I must pay for april again . 3 payment 2 months on top up
