No Help Whatsoever

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Rain as a new customer. I ordered my SIM card and received it, they offer no support whatsoever to their clients. You are unable to call them and they take very long to respond to a request. I have sent multiple requests for assistance in changing the ID number I entered incorrectly. I have paid for a service that I cannot use which is really frustrating.
