No Help Whatsoever

I was told on Monday and Tuesday (5 and 6 August) via the chat line that I can go to the Pick n Pay hyper in Centurion to get a simcard, even on Womens day,since there is ALWAYS a rain representative there. However when I got there, there was no one, after speaking to a manager I was told that there hasn't been a rain representative in the store for the last 2 weeks now. Hoe is this acceptable? Shouldn't it be easier to be able to use the service if they want customers ? I am not happy as this is not my first time struggling with Rain !
