NO HELP.. STILL HAVE COLLECTORS CALLING ME!!!

This is my second time writing a review in hopes that this issue will be resolved but the only response that I get is that I still owe after continuously informing them that I have made the payments. Whenever I call they answer and then they put the phone down. Seems like my only other option is to take this further as there’s never a manager or someone that’s available to help.
