No help Since the 24th of September, I blundered joining RAIN. This is BAD.

I have blundered subscribing to RAIN, is this a **** or a real service provider? I have received the router on the 24th of September, To date, I haven't been helped. I am based here in Cosmo City(JHB _ Gauteng), but my router is connected to a tower somewhere in Limpopo. I have contacted the support team from day 1, they kept on telling me the issue has been escalated(more that 6 times) to the network team...Nothing has been done and I have serious signal issues affecting my business severely.

GUYS, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU JOIN RAIN...NOT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER. THIS IS VERY BAD.
