NO HELP, NO SERVICE, RAIN DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM EVEN IS
how much more tickets do I have to send to you guys till you're do something??? am tired of the same ****ty signal, I've been guys and always praised your services less than a year later I get terrible network no one can give me answers or to when I will have my normal service back this is becoming frustrating!!! yourl have made me do so many setting within this damn month ,and still nothing! everyone new person will give me the same settings to do everyday than after all that tell me the towers are down and you're can't tell me when it will be up again??? like what the hell. if it's really the damn towers than why can't you're sau that in the beginning instead make me run away do all the stuff to only 2 hours later give the excuse it's the towers and you can't say when it will be up it's been 2 freaking damn months I suffering with low signal!!! I know your services is good bcz I have experienced it but right now am having doubts I need an answer to what the hell is going on please

I've done this everyday for the pass two weeks and also took my sim out for 10mins...
I've tried optimizing my signal via the app everyday and nothing.
I've never had this is issue before but like I said it's frustrating for two months I have to suffer for signal please just tell me what is going on..
The most bars I even get is one bar of signal everyday! This isn't right

Hi again,

Am so tired of your service it's not funny!
I know see why everyone dislikes your..
The account holder clearly told you guys to have the sim delivered to him at work!!! As he not at the house where the sim resigns at and I can not collect the sim as am not the account holder as you guys made it clear only he can..
I login in to the app and see delivery address and we contacted your though support line and they said it will be sent to his office only to have them deliver it to my house!!!!!!
Now we phone again to be told it can only now be delivered on Monday!!
Like can't your do your jobs properly? We could have had the damn sim now and all theses issues could have been resolved and I could believe you guys are the amazing service that I used since June last year ..
Now because of your guys mess up now I have to suffer another good 4 - 5 days with low signal.
You guys are useless and it's time I take up your service with the Ombudsman because am tired of running around and waiting because you guys don't listen nor do you guys care!
