NO HELP FROM RAIN

Purchased a rain sim card, on the dashboard, it says active but says no service on my devices, tried contacting the call center, it does not even ring. sent messages on facebook, they asked for my details and no response thereafter, logged multiple tickets and got no reply. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS.
