I reached out to them regarding multiple debits was promised refund to be paid last week Friday. Still nothing. I also have the rain one plan and its been over a year and I am still waiting for the 2nd sim card.

So some one called me. Unprofessional and dropped the call in my ear. Very strange that i have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back yet if i had owed you then it would not have been the same. Would have been disconnected same day
