No help

I won't even give Rain customer care 1 star. They use a ticket system where one of their agents are supposed to call you back once you have reported a promlem... I requested help 5 times (5 tickets) and not a single call from them. And don't try calling them, when I called them I got a tune playing for me and after about 10 min I ended the call.
