no happy with the service

this a huge mistake of my life, when i join i was told that is a month to month contract, if you don't want to use you don't pay, so there was 2 month i couldn't pay and they cut me out but now i have to pay for those month where i didn't use their , why did they cut it off but want me to pay ?
