No GAIN with RAIN only a financial PAIN

H00 I received my RAIN 5G modem on the 22 March 2022. I logged a call as poor to no network. I received a call on 3 March 2022 past 09H00. The support lady was very helpful and after almost 40 minutes on the call logged a call with Tech support ***. Till todate being 3 days later no call from tech support. when calling the support number you listen to music for over 20 minutes with no one talking to you or even advising you how long it will take for a consultant to talk to you. After 4 days i received no supprt from Tech and cannot the RAIN paper weight all. Please close my RAIN account with immediate effect and cancel any debits you have for my account.
