No follow up on undelivered packages

I still haven’t received my package after 8 days now. Your couriers are atrocious and their attitude is shocking. They called once and I missed the call, they didn’t bother to call back. Eventually when they sent a sms apologizing for the delay, they stated that an agent will call me back which they didn’t. This morning I received an sms that they aren’t able to get hold of me but I didn’t get any missed call. I had to call them to get answers and was asked if I canceled the delivery or rescheduled? Now i have to wait again till tomorrow. I ordered this on the 5th. I haven’t been able to work since and nobody at rain cares about following up on our deliveries or escalating delivery delays or bad customer service to CCD supervisors! You were quick to call me and make sure i make payment but now nobody calls to make sure ive received my package!
