No feedback/response after 2 tickets logged and 4 emails sent.

I've been with rain for the past 3 years with excellent coverage up until a week ago. 5G Network is extremely slow. I have logged 2 calls and have sent 4 emails bit l no form of response whatsoever. I wanted to log another call but was told I have pending tickets.
