No feedback unless a review is logged on Hello Peter

This is my third one star review of Rain this month because it seems it's the only channel that gets a response. I have had terrible service from Rain, in terms of the product that I signed up for as well as the feedback and response on these issues. I have asked for my account to be cancelled and for no further billing due to what has happened and I've received no further response for 6 days. Please assist, this shouldn't be so difficult
