No feedback RE sim swap

Been waiting 2 weeks for a sim swap. No feedback on ticket 341202 was told yesterday when i called in that my sim is on its way for delivery but no one has confirmed an delivery address with me or time. Was advised it will be delivered to my previous address where i initially received my sim as i told the guy that was my previous place of employment the call dropped.

Very unprofessional
