No feedback on my reference

I have called and request my May 2024 invoice to be sent to be via email as the app is giving me issues stating the file is interrupted. The lady i spoke to advised that she will escalate it to the finance department to be sent because they are having system issues. That was a week ago! The email i received still does not allow me to open the file and my company requires the invoice. I've made it known mutiple times that is it urgent but rain has no sense of urgency There's are refeneces i was provided but for no use ******2114
