No feedback on my Query

Good day, I'm really angry at the service I get from rain. I joined rain network thinking it has improved its service and network because I've been getting good reviews. I've been struggling with rain WiFi network keep buffering and lose network. I informed technical support by submitting tickets and I keep getting auto reply of help is on the way and I don't get anyone calling me or sending me email. Trail of my Query : I have submit tickets regarding my WiFi 5G router it always lose network every 15 minutes and keeps buffering. I log ticket on following ref ***6 - 26th September, 2nd one Ref ***4 - 5th October and 3rd one Ref ***6 - 1st November. And I only get auto reply no one is coming back to me as per the auto reply "promise " to get in contact with me to resolve the query . Even today I submitted a ticket ***. It's really unfair because network it's bad and every 15 minutes we lose network I really want to cancel my rain subscription, I will only settle their viewing for this Month 20th November it's really unfair I don't want to so business with them anymore .
