No feedback from the service provider RAIN

This a terrible company to do business with. They support techs are a waste of time and they internet speed is so bad seems like the mail man deliver packets faster. I have logged a call on Monday the 18th of May and today the 21st of May I have received an update at 23:41 I complete a speed test with only 0.69 mbps. There is no escalation process or a call center I would no recommend this service provider to any company your person
