No feedback from Rain

I wanted to cancel subscription with rain, link on there website does not work. Have then send a emaill, the answer: "Thanks for reaching out for help. This interaction has been logged and a customer care expert will get back to you soon to get you sorted. "

I have send the several emails, no answer.
