My experience with Rain Wifi has not been pleasurable. On multiple occasions i have reached out towards the help line regarding issues with my network and wifi speeds. In the last few weeks i have not gotten a single call nor email regarding my sent help tickets. My wifi speeds are running at 10mb/s on a very very good day, but on a normal day it is bearly 4mb/s when my line is supposed to run at 60mb/s. On one rare occasion when they did call me back, we did not resolve the issue and I was told that i would get a call back from them and the network "engineers". I waited 48 hours before logging another ticket. I was told that the fault might lay with the router but is near impossible because only a few months back i traded an old router for a new one and for the first week it went surprisingly well. I have been with Rain for years and do not wish to part ways with the company, but bearly any customer service and a wifi line that i can almost never use is not pleasant.
