NO FAIR TRADE WITH RAIN. CANCELLED SERVICE DOUBLE DEBITS AND STILL DEBITING ACCOUNT

RAIN website does not have an option to cancel your sim/service, how is this fair trade...I have cancelled service more than 3 months ago, August 2x debits from this *****sters and FNB can't do nothing about it because its "subscription" I have spoken to more than 12x agents about this cancellation and when I finally get sms confirmation of the cancellation on the 4th month, but this *****sters (there is no difference between them and dummies at Telkom) still trying to debit my account after 2x debits. RAIN your service is month to month how the hell do you charge 2x months, what gives the right to correct your stupidity with the customer? Useless bunch.
