No existant customer service from rain

Very quick to sell and make all sorts of promises, yet when you need assistance then help goes out the window. I do not need to talk to a machine I need a person who can assist. When you request a call back on watts app, sorry I can't do that serious is it to difficult to get a person to call. They can really take their loop and loop it to the moon
