NO DELIVERY- THEFT

I ordered and paid for a 5g router on 23 March 2020. The R699 went of my bank account quicker than a flash. Nearly 2 weeks later NO contact can be made with anyone in this company. If they had an issue with lock down, at least they could have the decency to inform me. Still they advertise door-to-door delivery and collect money from people who doesn't see the catch. ..delivery of data. NOT THE ROUTER OR THE SIM!! Taking money and not supplying the goods/service is blatant theft. Guess I paid good money for hard lesson learned. Rain can NOT be trusted.
