No Delivery of Sim Cards

I ordered 3 Rain Sim cards through the Rain website which only 1 Sim Card was delivered.

The same day of delivery I phoned Rain stating that only 1 Sim Card was Delivered. They apologised and said we will send the other 2 Sim Cards during the week.

Later that night I tried connecting the sim card to my router and made the correct configurations on my router, however the sim card does not work.

The next day I phoned Rain and told them that the sim card they sent me was not working. I gave them the SIM ID and figured out the reason it was not working because have they sent me the wrong sim card which was not registered on my name. Rain did state that they would have another 3 sim cards delivered to me as soon as possible. Over 2 weeks later I have still not received any sim cards.

Rain keeps telling me that RAM(Delivery Company) will contact me and deliver it as Rain would not be able to assist and only escalate the matter.

I spoke to Ahmed, Sindisiwe Nqadi and a few other support people but still no one could assist. I am still waiting for Pess crouch(Supposedly a Manager) to contact me regarding this matter. I doubt this will happen.

I am already experiencing bad service before I could even start using the Rain Service.
