No delivery of sim card

It’s been close to 3 weeks and Rain hasn’t delivered our sim card. They came and the person who took the contract did not have proof of residence and they said they will come back the following day. That was on the 22nd pf September. We have called twice to arrange for the courier company to deliver and till this day nothing. Payments have been made and we are without internet. I am not happy at all
