No delivery

Once again, no delivery of my sim-cards. It's been more that a month and a half since upgrading to Rain1. After multiple complaints to Rain and CCD couriers, I have only received empty promises. Once again CCD made and appointment for today, for delivery and no one pitched up. Also no call or message with any reason for the non-delivery. Rain has escalated this multiple times, but it seems that, that doesn't mean much.
