No delivery

Ordered a router last week Tuesday according to rain delivery takes 3-5 days which means my router should have been delivered on Monday, went on the app and talked to their chat bot which claimed that my order is going to take longer because apparently provisioning failed a ticket was lodged and apparently rain was going to contact me..... Obviously that didn't happen! I have not even received my router and I am already considering cancelling has to be bad if their service sucks from the start.
