No delivery cancel my order and refund me

I've bought the rain router and 5G package in March 2020 and rain came to install in April. I wasn't home but all documentation required was available since i was in hospital.The installation was not done( owner to be present as the reason). I got back from hospital and have been phoning and emailing rain since the 21st of April till today my router has not been installed and instead they sent through a courier to come collect the device twice. Where? because nothing was installed. You get an automated response on emails but no one even bothers to call me. I need my refund of R699.00 and no longer want this to be installed.
