No delivery and no customer service at all

Orderd rain about two weeks ago, and still nothing. We called and they where full of promises to fix it and get it deliverd but by no suprise still nothing. Called again yesterday and was put on hold for almost 30 min and still no answer. Would highly not advise anyone to get rain! Disappointed is not even the word to explain what we are!
