No delivery

I ordered a device from you guys on Saturday 23rd September 2023. Today is the 28th and I still never received any feedback from the courier partner but my status says queued for delivery when I called in I kept waiting while the Tele staff were laughing frantically over the phone. Can some please call .e back on *** my name is Lance Cox or should I just cancel everything please advise

Good day i understand you doing your best. but today is the 4th working day and by now i would have had communication from the courier company handling my delivery. imagine ordering a package on Saturday the 23rd and eventually getting delivery Monday the 2nd October because its Friday today and its weekend. i am sure you guys are suppose to know which courier company took my package on Tuesday because that is what i was told telephonically that the package was collected for delivery. please tell me the name of the company so maybe i can collect it myself as i need this for work the weekend which was my aim in the first place. i should have just stayed with Mweb. i really thought this would Have been better

i got no SMS from any courier company - and its 4 days already so you telling me that delivery takes 3-5 working days and on the 4th day no SMS so on the 5th day a sms should be received to arrange delivery making it essentially 5-7 working days - can some please contact me on *** as i have asked countless times already so i may speak to a manager or just provide me with the name of he Courier company in Cape Town so i may arrange with them on collection

Why do you guys say CCD has my package I called them now and they said they do not have any package under my name.surna***** number or cellphone number.on there system. Did you just say this to shut.me up because now you used a company name that is also going to be dragged in this

so meaning i will get this product next week. after you told me 2 hours ago they will call i got none i called them and they still do not have my package with them... i hate being **** to ... stop this Robot response and be a realistic with the timeline...

Do not tell me to wait till end of business. by then its weekend and i can do jack with no internet . you advertise and fail to deliver. i will be going to Ombudsman with this seriously.

Pathetic. leave everything its already been escalated to your Exco with dates of reply and how long ou took to get back to me
