no deliver

no delivery 9 days Hi i am so disappointed with the rain service, i purchased a sim last week on the 24th march 2020 and i haven't revived my delivery, i understand its lock down but when i am chatting to them live i will be in the queue and when i am number 20 it reconnects me again, its so frustrating and their call center is closed, how do we communicate with them? i have changed my delivery address and still no communication from RAIN
