No Customers service just bunch of ********

My 5G hasn't been working since I took delivery, called numerous times to get assistance and was told that they will send a technician to my house to have a look on the 9th Nov and still today 17th still waiting. Been calling and not getting any assistance, tried to cancel and get my refund back but nothing to yet has materialized. Stay away from Rain
