No Customer Support Whatsoever
Absolute worst customer service.
I've been without an internet connection for close to a week, with no sign of getting help. I've spent over R100 on airtime just to be met with a "support" line that keeps you on hold.
No callback, no email, no professionalism.
Rain is arguably the most terrible ISP in the country.
