NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Dear Rain, you guys don't communicate, don't respond to emails which then creates frustrations. I still have not received my paid sim card and i have not received any feedback from you guys regarding the inquiries i have made. Can you kindly forward me a refund form as i will not be engaging in this anymore, i don't want to enter a partnership with people that don't respond to customer queries.
