No customer support

Useless customer service. I took out the 5g service. Intermittent periods of no internet. After several queries they rep**** to ask for screenshots with no further follow up after my response. When I asked to cancel the service and let me know my cancellation period on 15 May they only responded to ask if my query has been handled on 18 May (no correspondence in between). I rep**** again with the same question. They asked my delivery address on 21 May after which I, once again, asked for my cancellation period. On 28 May the courier company phones me (also a very rude lady) to inform me that they have to pick up my device. The courier company then did not want to allow me to talk to Rain about my contract end date as “she is busy and will forget about my parcel”. I queried once again on 28 May when my cancellation will be, as I do not want to hand back my device if I will be liable to pay another month. On 30 May the response I get is that my request is closed with, yet again, no mention on cancellation date.
