No Customer Support

For the past three days I've had no internet. I've tried to contact Rain, but unfortunately there are no telephone numbers available where a person may contact them. When I tried the "contact support" button, it kept telling me that I must enter a valid home address, while the address I entered was the one I registered with. How does a person get service in this country? I am very disappointed in Rain

I just tracked down a contact telephone number for RAIN and was transferred to a very friendly, helpful lady named Karma. She really went out of her way to help.
I think once you have telephone contact, the service is very good.
Disappointment over.
