No customer support
Been waiting for a call back for almost 2 weeks now, all i get is emails rating the person that called me, how do i rate a agent if he didn't call me. Really struggling to get in contact with rain.

21 Aug 2020, 09:42It has been 3 days now and still no agent made contact ? This is really poor customer service, i have been waiting 3 weeks now. I wanted to upgrade my plan, but at this stage i'm thinking about canceling.
