No customer services at all

This is the third week since I have endless problems with rain. Like I said the last time you buy from them its your problem . Please people I am serious you will be frustrated like me they don't have no where were you can call for help you are on your own. I call *** and *** a gentlemen MARVIN called me to help.me but now you can reach them they are like mist before the sun. I am looking for Wi-Fi somewhere else plse people dont get caught up with rain no customer services.
