No Customer Service whatsoever
Rain has zero sense of customer service, I've paid my account 4 days ago and it deducted my money and never activated my account. I called the center 2 days ago and they told me they'll call me in 24 hours. My wifi is still not activated. I'm honestly really annoyed right now!
