No customer service - Trying to cancel my Contract

The customer service is really bad. I am trying to cancel my 5G contract but there is no way to get hold of anyone at Rain. You can log multiple of support tickets on their website but nobody gets back to you. I tried on facebook messenger chat as well with no luck, seems like they just ignore their customers.

I am still waiting for feedback to cancel my contract.
