No Customer Service received from RAIN

I would not recommend this company, we have ordered their Sim Card from Mr Delivery and received this the same day. I have registered the SIM and requested for Rain to the online RICA process. I have already paid upfront. This was already done on Sunday the 28th of June, three days later Rain is still verifying my address even though our home is on my name. I have sent numerous online support queries, sent Facebook messages and Instagram messages. I was told that my query has been escalated to the support team and that we should be patient as they have a large influx of queries. I have then requested for Rain to cancel my contract and refund the money paid, however they just read my message and no further responses. They leave me no choice but to go to the bank and reverse this payment.
